First Customers Planner
A prioritised plan for reaching a first set of real customers.
Founders launch and wait for customers to find them, or spread thin across every channel at once — instead of starting from warm leads, committing to one channel long enough to get a real answer, and writing outreach specific enough to actually work.
When to use it
Use once you have a named product ready to put in front of real people.
When not to use it
Not useful before you have a real, named product to put in front of people — this plans outreach, it doesn't validate the idea itself.
The method
Start with warm leads — people who've already shown some signal — and exhaust that list before spending energy on cold outreach. Pick the single channel that best matches where your audience already spends attention and your own strengths as a founder, and commit to it long enough to get a real answer before adding a second one. Write outreach specific enough to the recipient that it couldn't have been sent to anyone else. Track named prospects and what happened with each, not just a vanity signup target.
